ERCO 5000-5001

ERCO5000-5001 L CT LT is a wheel alignment lift with recessed long runways for front turntables and rear slip plates with a possibility of transversal and diagonal movement and relative locking systems by means of a pneumatic servo control. The long runways (4670 mm) are able to accommodate particularly long cars and vans and facilitate rolling ROC procedures in alignment operations.

Includes built-in lift-table (Maximum capacity 5000 Kg after a travel of 140 mm) equipped with extending runways for long wheel base vehicles and rubber-backed strip curtain guards.

 Designed for both in-floor installation or on-floor installation with drive-through ramps either indoors or outdoors with adequate roof shelter, the ERCO5000-5001 lifts are equipped with safety devices to ensure operator safety in the event of faults.

The 5000 series is equipped with a torsion bar which ensures that the runways remain level, even with an unevenly distributed load.

The lifts of the 5001 series have been designed without a torsion bar between the two runways to improve access, therefore making work on vehicles easier.

Synchronization between the two runways is provided by a flow divider and two quick response control valves which check runway alignment and maintain the permissible values during lifting and lowering operations.

Main Characteristics

• Under wheel scissors lift with maximum capacity of 5000 kg.

• 5000 series with torsion bar for perfect levelling of runways, even with an unevenly distributed load.

• 5001 series without torsion bar between the two runways (for better access). Synchronization between the two runways is provided by a flow divider and two quick response control valves.

• Base with adjustable feet for perfect levelling of the lift both in working position and when fully closed.

• Emergency hand pump.

• Mechanism consisting of a locking pawl and rack system to block accidental descent (every 100 mm) in the event of hydraulic hose failure.

• Counterbalancing valve installed on the lift cylinder discharge to block accidental descent in the event of hydraulic hose failure.

• Electromechanical device to block lift ascent/descent in the event of runway misalignment.

• Equipped with anti-crushing safety device which stops the lift at a height of 450 mm above the ground during lowering and requires a restart before continuing the descent.

• Anti-crushing device consisting of a rubber-backed fabric side guard for the additional lift-table.

• Available with access runways positioned on the floor and with suspended runways to avoid bulky objects on the ground when the lift is in working position.

• Slip plates (with air locking system) featuring transversal and diagonal movement for wheel alignment.

• Built-in free-wheel lift-table with maximum capacity of 5000 kg after a travel of 140 mm complete with rubber-backed fabric side guards; extendable runways for long wheel base vehicles.

• Pressure switch to block lift ascent/descent in the event of runway misalignment.

• Also available in wheel alignment version as per VW-Audi Group requisites.
