The USA Style COI Radial repair is black with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing. Each reinforcing ply is individually end-wrapped to delect tire flexing stresses in a unique manner. The new tie-gum construction eliminates the potential for delamination common in competitive brands. The face stock used in our USA Style COI Radials will vulcanize chemically or in low temperature (precure) systems when applied with our vulcanizing cement. (For high heat (mold cure) retread systems, the 11-800R series MUST be used)
